A man and a child were shot Saturday in the Baldwin Hills area of Los Angeles, authorities said.
It was reported about 5 p.m. in the 4100 block of Somerset Drive, said Officer Mike Lopez of the Los Angeles Police Department’s Media Relations Section.
The man in his mid-30s and a “little girl” were taken to a hospital with stable vital signs, Lopez said.
There were three male suspects, one wearing a dark hoodie and all fled on foot, he said. No vehicle was seen.
“It is unknown if the incident is gang related,” Lopez said.
