A man was killed in a shooting Wednesday morning in East Los Angeles and the shooter was on the loose.
Detectives responded to the 900 block of South Sunol Drive, just east of Downey Road, at 3 a.m. and found the victim, who was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
A detailed description of the shooter and a motive for the shooting were not immediately available.
The name of the victim was not disclosed.
