Firefighters are battling a second-alarm fire Sunday at a pallet yard in La Puente, where there is a report of a least one person injured at the scene, a county fire department dispatcher said.
Firefighters were dispatched at 3:34 a.m. to the 14600 block of Proctor Avenue, she said.
Firefighters dispatched to the location found a large pallet yard with heavy fire to the rear of the lot and pallets stacked up to 20 feet high.
More than 50 firefighters are at the scene.
