Police have just reported they located a 22-year-old woman who reportedly has the mental capacity of a 7-year-old and went missing from her front yard in San Diego, according to San Diego police.
Alejandra Diana Cuellar was found safe, police said. There were no details about where or how she was located.
She went missing from in front of her home at 7230 Amherst St. about 5:40 p.m., the SDPD reported.
