A bicyclist was hit by two vehicles and killed Tuesday in the Wilmington area, police said.
The victim was injured about 5:30 a.m. on Pacific Coast Highway near Eubank Avenue and died at the scene, according to Los Angeles Police Officer Norma Eisenman.
Information on his identity was not immediately available.

According to the preliminary investigation, the man was riding north on Eubank Avenue across PCH when he was hit by a vehicle that was heading eastbound on PCH, and he was then hit by a vehicle that was going westbound on PCH, Eisenman said.
Both motorists stopped and were interviewed by authorities, and neither was arrested or cited, she said.
