Police sought public help Sunday to find a 92-year-old man who went missing from his live-in care facility in Long Beach.

Richard Johnston Blythe was last seen about 10 p.m. Wednesday at the facility in the 3100 block of East Artesia Boulevard, according to the Long Beach Police Department.

“Blythe has medical conditions and may become lost and disoriented,” according to a police statement.

Blythe is white. He stands 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs about 150 pounds. He has white hair and blue eyes. He may be wearing a “Vietnam Vet” hat, white shirt and khaki pants.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts was urged to call police at 562-570-7246 or 562-435-6711 or 911. Tipsters can also call Crime Stoppers at 800-222-TIPS.
