A man stabbed to death in West Covina was homeless, authorities said Monday.
The victim was identified as Anthony Zepeda, 28, according to coroner’s Investigator Kelsie Weber.
The stabbing was reported at 6:53 a.m. near the 2100 block of West Garvey Avenue North, according to the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.
The victim now identified as Zepeda was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Sheriff’s Homicide Bureau urged anyone with information about the death to call them at 323-890-5500.
