Authorities sought public help Monday to identify two suspects involved in an armed robbery in Culver City.
The victim was walking northbound on Sepulveda Boulevard, near Westfield Drive, about 2:30 a.m. Sunday when approached by two suspects who got out of a gray four-door Mercedes-Benz, according to the Culver City Police Department.
One of the suspects had a silver semi-automatic handgun, and he racked the gun’s slide and demanded the victim’s wallet. The victim handed over the billfold, which contained cash and debit cards, and the suspects fled eastbound on Slauson Avenue in the Mercedes, according to police.
The suspects were described as 18 to 25 years old with slim builds. One was about 5 feet, 10 inches tall and wore a gray T-shirt, and the other was about 6 feet tall and wore a black T-shirt, police said.
Anyone with information about the suspects was encouraged to call the Culver City Police Department at 310-253-6300.
