Officials Saturday released the name of a 20-year-old man who was fatally shot in the unincorporated Willowbrook area of Los Angeles County.
The victim was identified as Edgar Roberto Vazquez Moreno of Los Angeles, according to the Los Angeles County coroner’s office.
Deputies sent to the 300 block of East Piru Street, near San Pedro Street, at about 11 p.m. Monday found Moreno, who died at a hospital, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
A description of the suspect and a motive for the shooting were not available.
