A 24-year-old man was killed early Wednesday when a car overturned in Desert Hot Springs.
The solo-vehicle crash was reported just before 1 a.m. in the area of Mission Lakes Boulevard and Little Morongo Road, according to the Desert Hot Springs Police Department.
Responding officers found a car upside down with a man trapped inside.
Demond Neal of Desert Hot Springs was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the Riverside County coroner’s office.
Paramedics treated another occupant at the scene, who suffered injuries described as non-life threatening. The person was released after treatment.
Police are investigating the crash.
