An 83-year-old woman who suffers from an undisclosed medical condition was reported missing Friday after last being seen in Arcadia.
Tina Wieligmans was last seen in the 600 block of West Duarte Road, near South Baldwin Avenue, about 9:15 a.m. and is believed to be driving a white 2005 Dodge Caravan with California license plate 5JPR422, according to the Arcadia Police Department.
Wieligmans is white, 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes. She suffers from an undisclosed medical condition and may become disoriented, police said.
Anyone who sees Wieligmans or knows of her whereabouts was asked to call Arcadia police at 626-574-5123.
A Silver Alert has been issued by the California Highway Patrol for Wieligmans. The Silver Alert program was established to issue and coordinate alerts involving the unexplained or suspicious disappearance of elderly, developmentally disabled and cognitively impaired individuals, according to the CHP.
