A 71-year-old man suffering from cognitive health issues, who was briefly missing in Desert Hot Springs, was found safe Tuesday, police said.
Police put out the call at 2 p.m. Tuesday that Arthur Costa Molina had not been heard from for more than 24 hours, according to the Desert Hot Springs Police Department.
Police canceled their alert at 7:20 p.m., saying only that Molina had been located and was safe.
Molina was last seen driving away from his Desert Hot Springs home around 11 a.m. in a Chevrolet Impala.
No additional information was available.
