A stolen vehicle took out a street sign before crashing into a shoe store in the Fairfax District, then being driven away.
The crash happened at the Coolkicks store in the 7500 block of Melrose Avenue around 8:30 p.m. Monday.
Video posted online showed the vehicle jumping a curb, knocking down a street sign, then plowing through the glass window of the store.
The vehicle, which police said had been carjacked on Sunday in the Venice area, was later found abandoned a few blocks away.
No arrests were reported.
