A 36-year-old man was shot to death in Pomona, authorities said Saturday.
It was reported at 1:43 p.m. Friday in the 3100 block of Pomona Boulevard, according to Pomona police Sgt. Edgard Padilla.
“Officers located the victim down, suffering from possible gunshot wounds,” Padilla said. “Officers and L.A. County Fire Personnel attempted to render medical aid, but the victim succumbed to his injuries.”
Suspect information and motive were not available, police said. An investigation was underway.
