An overnight sobriety/driver’s license checkpoint in Pomona netted 17 towed vehicles and one arrest, police said Saturday.
Also, 52 drivers were cited or arrested for operating a vehicle unlicensed or with a suspended or revoked license, the Pomona Police Department reported.
The checkpoint at Garey and Monterey avenues began at 9 p.m. Friday and ended Saturday at 3 a.m.
It included citywide DUI patrols which began at 7 p.m. Friday.
