A 39-year-old Montebello man who was found dead at Rio Hondo Park in Pico Rivera was identified Monday.
Anthony Pino died around 7 a.m. Sunday at the park in the 8400 block of San Luis Potosi, according to Lt. M. Lee of the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office.
Deputies responded after 8:30 a.m., the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Information Bureau reported. The Los Angeles County Fire Department pronounced the man dead at the scene, the coroner’s office said.
It was unclear what caused the man’s death and an autopsy has not yet been scheduled.
No other immediate information was released.
