Deputies Sunday discovered a man with a felony arrest warrant passed out in his vehicle in the Mead Valley area allegedly in possession of various drugs and a firearm.
Authorities received a call at about 3 a.m. that there was an unresponsive man near the intersection of Harvill Avenue and Cajalco Road, according to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department.
When deputies arrived at the location, they determined that Justin Combs, 25, who “appeared to be passed out,” had a felony arrest warrant, according to sheriff’s officials.
During a search of his vehicle, deputies allegedly found “large quantity of meth, marijuana, and a loaded 9mm” gun.
Combs was booked into the Southwest Detention Center on suspicion of multiple crimes, including violating his probation and being a felon in possession of a gun.
He remained jailed in lieu of $100,000 bail.
