A man was arrested in the Cypress area after a pursuit in Orange County.
The pursuit ended about 7:40 p.m. near Lincoln Avenue and Valley View Street, where the suspect’s silver car crashed into a curb.
He abandoned the vehicle and ran through a nearby Mobil gas station and a strip mall. Officers located him a few blocks away and tackled him to the ground.
Details of where and why the pursuit began were not immediately available.
