Authorities circulated a photo Tuesday of a 79-year-old man who suffers from dementia and went missing in Carson.
Demetrio Puentes Cordero was last seen at about 6 p.m. Monday in the 17800 block of South Lysander Drive, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. He was wearing a black fedora, a green, striped long-sleeve shirt, khaki pants and brown sandals.
Cordero is described as Hispanic, 4-feet-8 inches tall, 140 pounds, with brown eyes and straight white hair, the department said.
