A man in his 50s was shot to death Tuesday evening in South Los Angeles.
The shooting was reported at 7:15 p.m. near 59th Street and Denver Avenue, one block west of Figueroa Street, said Officer Mike Lopez of the Los Angeles Police Department’s Media Relations Section.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene, Lopez said.
No suspect information was available.
