Two women were shot and killed Sunday morning in south Los Angeles.

The shooting was reported at 1:53 a.m. at 3131 S. Hill St., according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

One woman between the ages of 20 and 30 and another about 30-years-old were pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

A suspect fired multiple gunshots at the women and fled in an unknown direction, police said.
