A 27-year-old man who heard shots and ran home in Wilmington realized he had been wounded in the gunfire when he got there, authorities said Monday.
It happened in the 9 o’clock hour Sunday night near M Street and Watson Avenue, according to a dispatcher at the Los Angeles Police Department’s Operations Center.
A private party took the wounded man to a hospital for treatment, the dispatcher said.
The man’s condition was not available.
