Police asked for public assistance Sunday evening to find a 12-year-old boy with special needs who went missing in Riverside.
Jeremiah Jacobs was last seen wearing a blue hoodie, blue jeans and black-and-white shoes, Riverside police reported.
Police received reports the boy was seen in the area of Garfield and Monroe streets.
Jacobs is Black. He stands 5 feet tall and weighs about 75 pounds, police said. He has black hair, brown eyes and wears black-rimmed eyeglasses.
Anyone who knows his whereabouts was asked to call Riverside police at 951-354-2007 and reference his name.
