A 54-year-old man diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease was reported missing Monday evening after last being seen in Lancaster.
Oscar Efrain Mendoza was last seen about 12:15 p.m in the 44500 block of 15th Street West, south of Lancaster Boulevard, according to Deputy Eric Ortiz of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Mendoza is Hispanic, 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs 170 pounds with brown eyes, bald and was last seen wearing a green jacket, black pants and a white hat, Ortiz said.
Anyone with information on Mendoza’s whereabouts was asked to call the Sheriff’s Missing Persons Unit at 323-890-5500.
