Police asked for the public’s help Saturday to find a 46-year-old man with an unspecified medical condition which may disorient him.
Andre Jackson was last seen about noon on Christmas Day in Los Angeles, according to Los Angeles police.
Jackson is Black. He stands 4 feet, 11 inches tall and weighs about 180 pounds, the LAPD reported. He’s also bald and has brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a black jacket, black pants, blue shoes and a gold chain around his neck, the LAPD reported.
A Silver Alert for Jackson has also been issued by the California Highway Patrol on behalf of the LAPD.
The Silver Alert program was established to issue and coordinate alerts involving the unexplained or suspicious disappearance of elderly, developmentally disabled and cognitively impaired individuals, according to the CHP.
Anyone who knows the whereabouts of Jackson was asked to call the LAPD Missing Persons Unit at 213-996-1800 between 7 a.m and 4 p.m. or the 24/7 tipline at 800-222-8477 or 911. Tipsters can also call Crime Stoppers at 800-222-TIPS.
