A man was shot to death Sunday in Lakewood and sheriff’s deputies were searching for his killer.
The shooting happened around 4 p.m. near the intersection of 207th Street and Seine Avenue, according to the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department.
The man died at the scene, Deputy Morgan Arteaga said. His name was withheld pending notification of next of kin.
A motive for the shooting was unknown.
No suspect description was available at this time.
