A homeless pedestrian was killed Friday morning in a hit-and-run crash in Koreatown, authorities said.
Los Angeles police responded about 2 a.m. to the intersection of Beverly Boulevard and Normandie Avenue, where the 25-year-old victim was found lying in the street.
Jonathan Eduardo Gomez died at the scene, according to the coroner’s office.
A description of the suspect vehicle — which was last seen going westbound on Beverly Boulevard — or driver was not released.
Anyone with information on the case was urged to call 877-LAPD-247, and may be eligible for a reward up to $50,000 if the information leads to the suspect’s identification, arrest and conviction.
