The Los Angeles County Department of Health Services asked for help Wednesday identifying a hospital patient who was likely hit by a vehicle in west Carson.
The department circulated a photo of the man they said was struck by a vehicle at about 6 a.m. Friday at Normandie Avenue and 245th Street, near Frampton Avenue, and taken to a hospital without any identification.
The man was described as 5-feet-9 inches tall and 203 pounds, with brown eyes and a black-gray beard. He is roughly 45 years old and has a dark mustache, DHS said.
The man also has a tattoo on his right forearm of a girl and the words “Daddy’s Girl.”
Anyone with information that could help identify the man was asked to call the Harbor-UCLA Medical Center at 424-306-6310.
