A 6-year-old boy was hospitalized Sunday with critical injuries after a vehicle crash in El Sereno.
The crash took place about 4:15 p.m. outside 2921 N. Eastern Ave., said Los Angeles Fire Department spokeswoman Margaret Stewart.
The boy had to be extricated from the car by firefighters, she said.
The crash was being investigated by Los Angeles police’s Hollenbeck Division.
