Indio police Saturday asked the public for help locating an at-risk missing person.
Eileen Mahoney, 53, was last seen on foot at 1:30 p.m. at the Miles Avenue Park at Miles Avenue and Palm Street, according to the Indio Police Department.
Mahoney was described as being about 5 feet, 1 inch tall and weighing 165 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.
Police said she was last seen wearing a blue coat, black pants and black boots and is known to wear a heavy amount of face makeup.
Authorities said Mahoney suffers from medical conditions and may become confused or disoriented.
She is also new to the Indio area and may be unfamiliar with her surroundings, according to police.
