A man and woman in their 60s were found stabbed to death Monday in Altadena.
Fox11 reported the victims were brother and sister and a son of the female victim has been taken into custody as a person of interest, citing information from Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department sources.
No additional suspects are being sought, according to Fox11.
The victims were pronounced dead at the scene of the attack that was reported about 2:45 p.m. in the 3000 block of North Marengo Avenue, according to Deputy Michelle Sanchez of the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.
The woman was on a Zoom call when a person on the call witnessed her being kidnapped by an assailant, Fox11 reported.
When sheriff’s deputies arrived the man was found dead in the driveway and the woman found dead inside the home, according to Fox11.
The victims’ names were not released.
