The incident occurred about 1 a.m. Monday at a Mobil gas station in the 12600 block of East Ramona Boulevard, near the San Gabriel River (605) Freeway.
Baldwin Park police arrested the man on suspicion of arson Monday morning in the area of the gas station, CBS2 reported.
