A shooting involving Riverside police was reported Monday, but no one was injured.
The City of Riverside Police Department reported the shooting shortly after 7 a.m. in 2600 block of Alessandro Boulevard.
“Investigations Detail have arrived and more information will be released once this initial portion of the investigation is complete,” the police department said in a statement on Twitter.
“Expect a police presence in this area over the next few hours,” police said. “No officers or other people were injured.”
