A 46-year-old woman diagnosed with schizophrenia was reported missing Thursday after last being seen in Lancaster.
Shadi Pakatchi was last seen at approximately 5 a.m. Thursday in the 4500 block of Vahan Court, near 45th Street West, said Deputy Morgan Arteaga of the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.
Pakatchi is white, 5 feet, 7 inches tall, weighs 125 pounds and has shoulder-length blond hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a white shirt and black scrub-type pants.
Pakatchi was last seen driving a white 2020 Mitsubishi Mirage, with California license plate UT 6L1VV, Arteaga said.
