A man was killed and a woman was wounded Monday in a car-to-car shooting in Venice.
The shooting was reported at 2:36 a.m. at Sixth and Brooks avenues, according to Officer D. Orris of the Los Angeles Police Department’s Operations Center.
The two victims, both in their 20s, were traveling in a vehicle when the suspect pulled up and fired multiple gunshots at them from another vehicle, Orris said.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene and the woman was taken by paramedics to a hospital where her vital signs were stable, he said.
FOX11 reported that the victims’ vehicle crashed into a parked car after the shooting.
The suspect was at large.
