Authorities Friday were seeking a missing 27-year-old man with diminished mental capacity who was last seen in North Hills.
Nathan Dy was last seen at about 6 p.m. Thursday in the 8800 block of Lemona Avenue, according to a Los Angeles Police Department statement.
Dy is Asian, 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs 240 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a red shirt and shorts.
Dy is non-verbal and has the mental capacity of a 5-year-old child, according to police.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts was asked to call the LAPD Missing Persons Unit at 213-996-1800. Calls on weekends and during non-business hours should be made to 877-527-3247.
