Police Friday are investigating the fatal shooting of a woman outside a liquor store in Long Beach.
Officers responded at 11:50 p.m. Thursday to the 1700 block of Pine Avenue, where they found a female adult with a gunshot wound in the torso, said Long Beach Police Lt. Brandon Deis.
Paramedics took the victim to a hospital, where she died, Deis said.
No suspect information was immediately available.
