One motorist was arrested for driving while under the influence Saturday and six drivers were arrested/cited for operating a vehicle unlicensed or with a suspended/revoked license at a Norwalk checkpoint.
The checkpoint was held at Alondra Boulevard and Longworth Avenue from 6 p.m. Friday to 2 a.m. Saturday.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department conducted the checkpoint.
