A body was found Friday in the lake in MacArthur Park, and an investigation was underway.
The body was discovered about 5:50 a.m. near the 2200 block of West Sixth Street, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
Information was not immediately available on the identity of the person or the cause of death.
