A man was stabbed to death Saturday in Long Beach and the killer remained at large,

The stabbing happened around 2 p.m. in the 6200 block of Linden Avenue, according to Long Beach police.

The victim was found with stab wounds to his chest, Long Beach Fire officials told NBC4 News.

He died at the scene. He was reportedly involved in an argument with another man before the stabbing, police said. His name will be withheld pending notification of next of kin.

No suspect description was immediately available.
