A man was shot Saturday as he stood in an alley in the Gramercy Park area of Los Angeles.
The shooting was reported about 3:50 p.m. in the 1400 block of West 92nd Street, according to Officer D. Orris of the Los Angeles Police Department’s Operations Center.
The 44-year-old man heard a gunshot just before he was wounded, Orris said.
The victim was taken to a hospital by paramedics and had stable vital signs, he said.
Suspect information was not available, Orris said.
