A man was shot to death Friday evening in the North Hills area of Los Angeles.
The shooting was reported about 7:30 p.m. in the 8900 block of Orion Avenue, Los Angeles police Officer Mike Lopez told City News Service.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene, Lopez said. His identity was not immediately released.
No suspect information was available, he said.
