Authorities Friday are seeking public help in tracking down an armed bank robber in Palm Springs.
The Palm Springs Police Department released a public advisory at 4:50 p.m. Friday showing a photo of the male suspect robbing the Citi Bank on 1675 E. Palm Canyon Drive.
According to police, the man entered the building around 2:40 p.m. and showed a handgun to the teller, demanding an undisclosed amount of money. He then fled the scene on foot.
The photo shows a man wearing a black baseball hat, gray shirt and a bandana concealing his face.
No further information on the suspect was available at this time.
