Firefighters are on the scene of a collision on southbound Interstate 15 near Lake Elsinore, where a cement truck overturned.
The Riverside County Fire Department received a report of the collision at 10:02 a.m. Friday on southbound I-15 near Lake Street.
First responders arrived to find an overturned cement truck with one victim in need of extraction.
No injuries have been reported and the cause of the crash was under investigation.
