Orange County sheriff’s deputies Monday were looking for a knife-wielding suspect who wounded another man during a conflict last week.
Two men got into some sort of altercation about 11:10 p.m. Friday near Alicia Parkway and Hollyoak in Aliso Viejo, according to Orange County sheriff’s Sgt. Todd Hylton.
The victim — a man in his 40s — was taken to an area hospital, where he was treated for non-life threatening wounds to his legs, Hylton said.
It’s not clear what prompted the dispute, Hylton said. Deputies scoured the neighborhood for the suspect but have not yet tracked him down, Hylton said.
