A bicyclist was killed in a collision in Malibu Tuesday that prompted closure of a stretch of Pacific Coast Highway.
The crash was reported about 2 p.m. on the highway near Big Rock Drive, the Malibu/Lost Hills Sheriff’s Station reported.
The bicyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities said the victim would be identified after relatives are notified.
No other injures were reported.
All lanes of Pacific Coast Highway in the vicinity of the crash were closed for an unknown duration as authorities conducted an investigation.
