A man was arrested Friday in connection with a stabbing in West Covina that left the victim in critical condition.
Peter Jacobo of Valinda, 43, was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and assault with a deadly weapon, and was being held on $1 million bail, the West Covina Police Department reported.
Police received a call a little after 2 a.m. Friday regarding a stabbing that occurred in the 100 block of South Glendora Avenue. Paramedics rushed the male victim to an area hospital in critical condition.
Officers searched the area for a suspect and took Jacobo into custody.
