A man was shot to death in Maywood Sunday.
The homicide in the 6100 block of King Avenue, near East 61st Street, was reported at 5:45 p.m. Sunday, according to Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Deputy Eva Jimenez.
The man died at the scene. His name was withheld pending notification of next of kin.
A motive for the shooting was unknown and there was no suspect information available.
