A fire damaged a house in Sherman Oaks Monday, but no one was hurt.
The fire was reported about 5:40 a.m. in the 5400 block of North Nagle Avenue, said Margaret Stewart of the Los Angeles Fire Department.
Firefighters extinguished the fire in an hour and 12 minutes, Stewart said.
“The home appears to either be newly built or undergoing renovations and is not occupied,” Stewart said.
The cause of the fire was under investigation.
