A 31-year-old man was shot to death Sunday morning in Pico Rivera, authorities said.
The shooting in the 5400 block of Rosemead Boulevard was reported at 1:51 a.m., according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Deputies dispatched to the location discovered the victim inside an apartment suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
Paramedics rushed him to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The shooting does not appear to be gang-related, officials said.
